Problems during maintenance of equipment in mine:
1. Pay too much attention to operation and neglect maintenance.
Some mines neglect necessary maintenance of equipments because of tough and complex of maintenance of them. Some people seek short term profits during operation. So the equipments have many problems. For example, the accessories wear seriously, thus causing many problems in the process of operation. The life span is very short.
2. Pay too much attention to repair and neglect innovation.
Some mines just take things as they are, and don’t make technical innovation. The outdate equipments have large oil consumption and low efficiency.
3. Poor condition in garage.
Because the equipments are mobile and the operation site is in poor condition, the equipments are dismantled and repaired on spot. The accessories are easy to rust, broken and lost. It’s hard to keep the accessories clean and ensure the quality of maintenance.
4. Not timely of supply of accessories. The equipments have many models and the transportation is not very convenient near the mine. So it’s hard to buy the accessories, thus prolonging the time of stopping time.
