Tips for operating crusher

I. Preparation before starting the crusher

A. carefully check the lubrication system of bearing to see whether there is grease in the connection between the bearing inside and linear.

B. carefully check whether the machine is tight

C. carefully check the belt is in good condition, promptly change when the belt wears; clean the belt and pulley when there is grease on them.

D. carefully check the protective devices are in good condition, if there is something wrong with them, promptly eliminate the risks.

E. carefully check whether there are minerals and other dopant.

II. Start of crusher

A. Start when the machine and driving part are in good condition.

B. Start under the unload condition

C. Stop at once when finding there is something wrong with the machine. You can start after eliminate the faults.

III. Maintenance and usage

A. Feed after the crusher operates regularly.

B. Evenly feed the materials to avoid the lateral feeding.

C. In regular condition, the temperature rise can not exceed 35℃. If the temperature exceeds 70℃, stop it immediately to check it.

D. Stop feeding before stopping the machine. When the materials is discharged from the cavity chamber, you can stop the motor.

E. Stop the motor immediately when the materials jam in cavity chamber. And restart after the materials is eliminated.

F. The jaw plate can turn to another end if the end wear.
